BANANA BLONDIES
If you’re craving cake or brownies, but want to avoid all the sugar, these are for you! Even though they’re a healthy dessert, the texture is not weird and is actually super cake-like.
Ingredients:
3 ripe, mashed bananas
1/2 c peanut butter
1/3 c of organic, pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 c flour (I used cassava flour)
1 tsp baking powder
Lily’s dark chocolate baking chips
Instructions:
Mash bananas and mix up all the ingredients
Coat a baking dish with a light layer of coconut oil
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 -20 minutes or until the top is golden brown
